Love this store! Employees are amazing and super friendly! Talia was super nice and helped inspect my ring and found some slight issues but she made the transaction super easy to send it off to get it fixed! Highly recommend this place!

Jordan E is awesome!! Soooo helpful and sooo patient. I walked in not sure of what style of ring I even wanted and he knew exactly what pieces to let me try on based off of what I told him I like. My future hubby and I walked out with gorgeous rings that we are going to love forever. If I ever have any jewelery needs I will be returning to Kay's outlet and asking for Jordan E!!!

This was for a week ago! I had a fantastic experience at Kay Jewelers at the Mebane Outlets. Becca provided exceptional service from start to finish. She patiently let me try on multiple watches, never rushed me, and even encouraged me to take my time and step away from the store to think it over. When I came back, her professionalism and kindness made it an easy decision to buy from her. She sized the watch for me right in the store, and it fits perfectly. I absolutely love my new watch, and I’m so glad I chose to purchase it here. Becca made the whole experience smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience at Kay. They helped us create a custom engagement ring that was even better than we had imagined. When our setting could not be made, they offered us a setting that we loved even more at no additional cost. Every time we came in we were always made to feel comfortable. My mother loved the ring so much she decided to stop by and have their jeweler fit her diamond into a new setting as well, and she absolutely loves it. We worked with several people and everyone was so kind and welcoming. I highly recommend stopping by if you’re visiting.
